Stephen Jonas is founder and managing member of Lien Baron, LLC.
Stephen Jonas has purchased tax liens personally and for individual investors over the past 6 years, with property values in the millions. He brings years of real estate and investment banking experience to the Fund. Previously, Mr. Jonas was senior investment analyst for a private commercial real estate investment bank and provided financial and investment analysis on over $1 Billion in commercial real estate deals. Prior to working for the investment bank, Mr. Jonas was founder and president of a private residential real estate company which purchased and renovated single and multifamily houses. Over the last 5 years, Mr. Jonas has been directly involved in over $50 Million in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Myron Manuirirangi has over twenty years of Business Building experience. He served as President, CEO, COO, Managing Director, Managing Member, Investor and Entrepreneur for five separate companies. He raised $3.3 million dollars in seed-capital from over twenty qualified investors to fund various inventive ideas. Has planned and executed the migration and establishment of a New Zealand based financial services company to Nevada; grew it to twenty-two offices operating in AZ, CA, CO, HI, NV, UT and WA with 220 trained sales personnel and increasing sales revenue after five years by 984%, and sold the company in for several million dollars. Also planned, executed and negotiated a strategy involving the world’s largest automotive manufacturer in the development of a revolutionary industrial waste treatment solution. Mr. Manuirirangi is a native New Zealander and is proficient in strategy, tactics, is an accomplished negotiator, communicator, and problem-solver.
Fund Advisor:
Sterling Hathaway
previously served as CFO for a $200 million long/short equity hedge fund based in San Diego which he joined upon inception in 2006.  Prior to joining the hedge fund, spent the previous five years in domestic and international hedge fund administration, compliance and operations. Sterling has held positions as Director of Fund Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at a global macro hedge fund which peaked at over $350 million in net assets and encompassed four offices world-wide. Sterling previously worked at a Los Angeles based hedge fund as Associate and performed administrative, accounting and fund operations responsibilities.
